An American Chophouse with a fresh Take On Historical Southern Cuisine
Our Executive Chef Finn, has 21 years of culinary experience, exploration, and hands on education. His passion for food started early, cooking along side his grandmother in her kitchen. He worked his way up in restaurants from dishwashing at a young age to executive positions later in life. He and His wife of ten years, Roxanne, decided it was time to bring something different to Spring Lake, and in 2021 they opened Finn's. Finn is creating a contemporary menu that redefines the traditional steakhouse and southern cuisine. He is working closely with his farmers, distributors and producers to hand pick products daily to foster an understanding of locally grown food and how to build intriguing flavor profiles out of the purest of ingredients.
